Sheriff Mark A. Hunter has a long and prestigious career in law enforcement. He was a former Patrol Deputy, School Resource Officer, Special Agent, District Supervisor, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco Enforcement, Undersheriff for Columbia County, elected Sheriff of Columbia County 2008, re-elected in 2012, and currently has been re-elected in 2016 unopposed.

His past and current honors and affiliations have been with the Elks Lodge, the Suwannee River District Boy Scouts of America, Florida Department of Law Enforcement Pill Mill Strike Force, Florida Sheriffs Association, Florida Model Jail Standards, and the Florida Chapter FBI National Academy Association.

Flo Dickinson is responsible for marketing, underwriting, rating, coverage and daily customer service to Fund members. She is also the Assistant Manager of the Florida Sheriffs Insurance Agency (FSIA). She has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry working 18 years with Citizens Property Insurance in Florida. In 2014, she began working with a Florida homeowner carrier, Elements Property Insurance Company, and joined the Florida Sheriffs Risk Management Fund in January 2018.

Tracy Roseman is the Chief of Employee Benefits for the Florida Sheriffs Risk Management Fund and she oversees the management of Florida Sheriffs Multiple Employers Trust (FSEBT). She is the Managing Agent of the Florida Sheriffs Employee Benefits Agency (FSEBA). Tracy began working with the Sheriffs’ insurance programs in December 2019. She has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry consulting for businesses of all sizes on both self-funded and fully insured plans. Before moving to Florida, Tracy served as a special industry expert appointed by the governor on the AccessTN Board of Directors to assist in the formation and governance of a high-risk health insurance pool for the state of Tennessee. Tracy is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a M.B.A. in Marketing and a B.B.A. in Risk Management/Insurance. Tracy currently holds a Florida resident Life and Health Insurance License. Tracy is married to her husband, Michael and they have a son Jack.
