FirstLine Employee Benefits (presented by the FSEBT) was originally created to serve Sheriff offices and their employees, but now the same strength of coverage is available to all constitutionally elected offices, and acts like an umbrella, protecting each member housed under the trust. One of the key issues Counties face, is the rising cost of providing Healthcare for their employees.
